Watch out New Mexico — cooler temperatures are only a month away, but many experts say that a phenomenon called, the “Polar Vortex” may add to the chill in September and October! Long-range forecasts indicate that New Mexico may receive more rain and snow in the north, and generally, rainy and wet conditions in the southern 2/3rds of the state in the next couple of months.
