You’ve probably hear of El Niño—but what is it? El Niño refers to a series of irregular weather patterns along the earth’s equator, primarily affecting Pacific weather patterns, caused by a significant change in water temperature.

For New Mexico, this weather pattern (should it hold) means increasing precipitation because of a more southerly storm track. During El Nino years, we can experience 165% our normal precipitation — increasing the possibility of roof leaks, minor flooding—and the potential for dangerous mold.

At American Restoration Water & Fire, we’re prepared for whatever Mother Nature has to dish out! Our crews are constantly being trained in water mitigation, mold detection, and cleanup procedures to keep you safe. Our IICRC certifications and professional crews work to do more than remove water from your business or residence—we have the equipment and the knowledge to dry out your home or facility and put it back to pre-loss condition. Plus, we have the training to identify the actual source of moisture to make sure you’re dry and without the potential for mold in the future.

So, whatever the weather event, we’re there at any time of the day or night.
